Thinking of doing our Christmas ham a little different this year.
Once you hear the plan, you'll know I've been spending too much time on my bbq habit. I'll get the smoker going to about 300 degrees. Let the ham warm up a bit. Then foil, adding parkay and brown sugar....Trigg style. Gonna be a sticky mess, but sounds good to me. |
