Great job. Cooling them in the fridge prior to slicing helps too. And believe it or not they are great cold.
 
Those are terrible... you should send them to me so you don't have to deal with them. And the next ones you make will probably be just as bad. I'll take those too. Just tryin' to help you out here. :bow::becky:
