Default UDS Turkey and Whole Hog Chicken with Pron

I did both Chicken and Turkey for my Sunday Smoke. I bought some Hawaiian Chicken and Pork seasoning in Hawaii in January and tried it today. I will let you know how it is. It came from the Aloha Spice Co
