Default How hot to burn the paint off a smoker???

I have question, a point of interest I guess. Dose any one know at what temp the paint will peel and flake off the out side of a Brinkmann smoker & grill? Is that also the same point that bacon raped ABT will turn to charcoal? YES it got that hot.

Depends on the paint. Some burn faster than others. What does bacon charcoal taste like?
