Default i got serious wood

well after i quit drinkin' i got bored so....i hit the back 40 w/ the chainsaws..

not really.. i have some loggers out here thinning my land a bit. there's cherry(behind the wife & kid),white oak, hickory, ash, and misc wood.
here's a small chunk of oak.

when it's done i'll have a moto-x track out there.
and enough smoking wood to last forever.
the only bummer is there isn't any pecan on the land.

lots going on here. some guys came to collect junk & i gave them my last old offset. got my "gigantor" fridge smoker mounted in the trailer & now i have a frikkin' rooster the guys gave me.more on that later.

So many ways I could go with the wood thing, but I'll bite my tongue. That is some big stuff, do you plan on cutting up and letting it season for a year or two?

You've got fuel (and lots of it!), you've got oxygen, now you just need combustion!
