Not on a team, but after seeing your post I am going to the same course in April. I'll be the tall guy with the almost bald head. (almost sounds like a Penthouse letter NTTATWWT) See you there!

Aw wish I had known about Mille Lacs today.

Fweck I'll be the heavy set guy middle age guy that looks like Mr. French. Wait that may be a lot of the class.

My companion will be a gorgeous young woman half my age, She's my oldest daughter

I got to meet Phil, "pahutchens", for a couple of minutes during the class, he does look a little like Mr. French .

I had fun, the food was real good, and now we are KCBS Certified Barbecue Judges

Now to start judging

Great class,Mike Lake did a very good job instructing.Food was awesome.
Can't wait to get out and judge!
