Default Happy Easter (Dr. Chickens Double Smoked Ham)

I decided to try Dr. Chickens Double Smoked Ham. I made the Sweet Kiss of Death Injectable Marinade (smells awesome). Injected it & placed it in the fridge. 18.5 lb ham 25-30 min per lb. So I figure 18 x ½ hr = 9 hrs @ 300°. Sounded kinda long but, never having done it before I went with it, figuring if its done in (18 x 25 min = 7½ hrs) that's ok, it will keep in the cooler for a 2-3 hrs no prob. I want it to be done by 11am (going to BIL's for 12, eating @ 1pm) so I put it on @ 2am. Woke up at 8 & checked it & it was already @ 175° so I didn't get to glaze it. But, it looks great & smells fantastic. I hope 5 hrs in the cooler doesn't kill it. I try to get some pics when I unwrap it!
