Default Easter Cook

Seared some pork loin on all sides, seasoned, deglazed the skillet with white wine and Worcheshire.

Added onions and put it all next to the firebox in the smoker for an hour at about 350.

Sliced and made gravy.... mmmmmmmmm

Never tried them, but I could try to make a nice sandwhich out of them.
