Default Sunday Beef & Pork Ribs Pron

I decided to put some beef and pork ribs on the grill. I used my own rub and cooked indirect on the weber kettle with hickory and mulberry wood. I smoked them for 3.5 hours than sauced for a half hour. No pics of plating but they were awesome!

Looks fantastic!! Rib racks seem to be a good thing, especially for a kettle.

Yum! Now I have a hankering for beef ribs, which is what I grew up on. Well, boiled until dead, then grilled 15 minutes beef ribs. :)

The mulberry is sweet fruit wood, it has a blackberry like flavor. Here is a link to a pdf that I saved that describes various types of wood.

Thumbs up

Those look nice! Makes me hungry looking at it...

I have the same rib rack and I think I may try a few slabs this weekend on my kettle too. Hope they come out good like yours...
