Default Depressing BBQ

Today I did some brisket and a pork butt both of which were much smaller than I'd ever use again.. I overcooked the brisket and undercooked the pork shoulder. Hmm at least there Is next weekend :(

Yep, give you a chance to undercook the brisket and overcook the shoulder. J/K. Sometimes it is just the meat.

No worries brother smoker...use the brisket for chili...put the butts in the oven to finish...it's all good!
