Default Hello from New Hampshire

Ive been reading alot of your threads and learned alot from them. I got the BBQ itch about 3yrs ago, I currently have a GOWS that has some Mods and puts out some good BBQ,also have been dabbling in Bacon, Sausage , and Ham all with good results. acctually have 10LBs. of Linguisa ready to go tomorrow! I'm going to start a Smoker build soon and my first ametuer Comp in May.
