Default smoked salmon

this was my mom and dads dinner i cooked for em. i do not like fish so i was happy to give it all away. Our friends caught this in alaska. smoked at 240 or so with oak

for the rub i used something i created at the spur of the moment

2-3 tbls brown sugar
1 tbls sea salt
1 tbls ground black pepper
1 tbls paprika
1 tsp dried thyme leaves
