Default Plowboys fatty and wings

Trying to get rid of lots of stuff I have frozen so yesterday it was wings and a pure fatty. Dusted the wings heavy with Bovine Bold and the hot pork sausage with Yardbird. I was out of wood chunks and found a bag of hickory chips I've had and had to use them. I normally don't like chips but this time I tried making a smoke bomb which I haven't done before. I must say it worked pretty darn good I got really good smoke for 1.5 hrs but it could have gone a lot longer but I shut the vents down when I was done. This was really really good and the wings didn't even need any sauce. The plowboy products never dissapoint. Get ya some!
