Smokin in the Square - Pensacola, FL

Congratulations to Parrothead Smokers for their GC this weekend at Pensacola, FL. This was a very nice first time event - or it appeared to be from this judge's perspective. The weather was beautiful so the event was well attended and quite a few Brethren had good finishes. I have posted the pictures I took on my Photobucket account and I tried to get more people than I did in Lakeland. I got quite a few four-paws as well. I wonder what happened to Smokin' Triggers? He said he was going to be there on the BBQ Central Show on Tuesday...

I believe I read somewhere that Johnny's wife Trish's sister passed away.

Great first year contest! Congrats to Parrothead, Quau and Chix, S & B...North definitely took the South out! What a grand time! Good luck to all heading to Mobile next weekend.

You are certainly welcome to use any of them you'd like as is anyone. I'm enjoying taking pictures and it is giving me a chance to meet new people this year. Next stop is American Bass Proi n Gainesville, Ga but we're cooking at this one. Hubby and I need to cook as we're reaching our 30th event judged and need that cooking experience. I'm not sure how much time I'll have for pictures there then at the end of the month we're flying out to New Mexico for the Pork n' Brew in Rio Rancho. I will definitely have time for pictures there.
