Benefit Competition
Hey All,
Hope you can help...My Wife is the High School Band Booster President, and we thought that "Hey a BBQ Competition would be a pretty cool fundraiser for us!" Ultimately would love for it to be a "Sanctioned" KCBS event. So here is why I am posting this here....Tips, pointers, etc.....We do a marching band competition annually, so we have plenty of volunteer's and we could actually plan it in conjunction with an arts and crafts event in town. But we have no idea on how to start planning a competition or where to start. Both her and I are new to Band Boosters, our daughter is a sophmore and our son is in 8th grade, so we are associated with band for the next 5 years! And yes we are aware that this wont make our organization rich! Thanks in Advance! |

From what I hear of the amount of work that goes into a comp, I'm glad I stay on the cooks side....
