Default Venison. Meatloaf Pron

A friend gave me a couple packs of ground venison. So yesterday I decided to make up a bambi loaf for supper. Not too bad for spur of the moment. I topped the creation with authentic adobo sauce in honor of my friend Rick.

Not enough flour for a pan of Buttermilk biscuits so I just made one big biscuit.

Cooked down some turnip greens for a side and went to work.

Actually a very good meal!

Looks great! Is it hard to Keep Venison Moist? Do you add anything to it.

Milk is added to the mix, when it's done it is pretty moist, but tightens up after it starts to cool.
