Venison. Meatloaf Pron
A friend gave me a couple packs of ground venison. So yesterday I decided to make up a bambi loaf for supper. Not too bad for spur of the moment. I topped the creation with authentic adobo sauce in honor of my friend Rick.
 Not enough flour for a pan of Buttermilk biscuits so I just made one big biscuit.   Cooked down some turnip greens for a side and went to work.  Actually a very good meal!
