Dinner ala Moose with pron
Moose was good enough to share his recipe for marinating carne asada and his recipe for the salsa roja. I added one essential ingredient and we had a great meal.
Outside skirt steak after 48 hours of marinating:  Something to do while it was on the grill:   Off the grill prior to resting:  All rested and ready to go:  The salsa roja:  Assembled with homemade guac:  Just what to do with left over cheese enchiladas with chile gravy??:  Lookin good:  Forgot the chile de arbol salsa rojas:  Thanks, Moose - it was a great meal, thanks to you  |
