Default et73 temps...

did the boiling water test and my et73 got up to 204. water in Marieta Ga boils at 210. Is there a way to calibrate these things? Im 6 degrees off.

They can not be calibrated. The standard "fix" (as always) is "buy new probes again".

Im not real sure I even did the test right. Fact is, they are awesome. Have a therm in the grill with them right now and they are spot on +- 1 degree.

It might not be off...maybe it's your location. Try this site to find your local boiling point using elevation and barometric pressure!
