What is the purpose of the bread machine? You put the beans in the bread machine for 8 minute cycle (??) while heating with heat gun to desired doneness. Then cool quickly. I was a little foggy sunday morning while getting the explanation. Lack of sleep or the cowboy coffee high. thanks jon |

The bread machine keeps the beans moving around. If the knead cycle is intermittent, it won't work, bu if it keeps moving, it should work.
