Default • Just a couple Ribs

Had to do up a couple racks for a friend's party. I had the pics... nothing special but I though I'd throw them up anyways...

I like to do my ribs dry and serve my sauce on the side as it's served... (I'm a sans sauce kinda guy though) However I did drizzle some on the ribs in the pan to deliver. Looks "pretty"...

Chef's sample! (one of)

Thanks for looking...
Cheers

I am also a "sans sauce" kind of ribs eater. Those looked awesome -- before you poured sauce on them.

IMO, a properly cooked rib does not need sauce.

Those ribs look great! I like the fact that they have some color left in em and are not borderline black.

Me 3 dry ribs...and also love em juicy with some bite rather than soft and falling off the bone.
I still mow through them if they are softer, can't help meself.
