Default ribs

Bought a 10 # box of St Louis ribs at a Maines(a restaurant supply)today for 1.20 a lb they are trimmed and ribs only 2 or 3 ribs per section has anyone tried these or similar ones(how long to smoke)

First question... what the "f" are rids?

If your are talking about St Louis trimmed spare ribs, then you are looking at 4 hours straight up, no foil, spritz, mop, etc.

if you choose to dink around and foil mop, spritz, etc, then it'll be closer to 6 hours. Add 2 hours for all the opening and voodoo.

they are not whole racks guess I'll try 3/1/1 and test with a toothpick and go from there
