Default Byerlys had a sale on Ribeyes..

Picked up a couple total weight on the 2, 2.5#'s. Cant wait to fire up egg later today and cook them up! Just hope I dont screw them up, they are a bit thicker than ones I've cooked in past.

Ahh... Dinner time! Should have waited for grill to get a little hotter.. it was around 550 or so when I threw steaks on.

Ah.. almost perfection. A little overdone, but still awsome!
