Default Wing raised direct PRON

Fired up the medium egg and put in the Woo ring. Raised direct with a cherry chunk. Rubbed with Yardbird and mopped with melted butter. Finished with some Franks.





They didn't suck. Nothin' left but bare bones.

From buffalo, I know a thing or 2 about chicken wings and those look great..how long do you smoke them for and at what temp?

About 350 for 30 min or so. I wasn'taying much attention to the time. I basted them with melted butter before the flip, and after. They were juicy and slid right off the bone.
