This was my second attempt at this brand of ribs. My local store calls them flat ribs. They are trimmed and cut in half and they package them up. I figured for a $1.19 a pound I'll try again. They turned out like jerky.
I wont buy these again. I never have problems with the regular ribs I buy. I did make a pizza in place of he ribs. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() |
