Default Electric Knife: Pros and Cons

How many of you use electric knives in competitions or not? If you do what brand do you use?

I'm a believer

In order of $$ here are the three highest rated knives.

Cuisinart 45.00
Mr. Twister 40.00
Black & Decker 12.00

I have the B&D and like it real well.

Anybody try this?

http://www.amazon.com/Rapala-ProGuid.../dp/B0001KFM0W

It's cordless, which is very nice. Price is kind of steep, but it's pretty highly rated.

Is there a reason why people do not cut by hand? Would it just be very time consuming as opposed to a very very sharp knife? Ive always cut by hand, and after a brisket or two i can see how it would be nice, but i just feel wrong.
