Brisket and baby backs
Doing a 7lb brisket and 5 baby backs for my daughters birthday on Saturdy. They are rubbed up and looking good! I am curious about the brisket....took 30th a couple of weeks ago at the Pleasant Hill, MO contest. You know, when you clean your smoker, it cooks a LOT faster! That brisket was SO flavorful, yet WAY overcooked. Can't wait to see what the difference brings!

Looks good too me!!! I have my first brisket on right now, its at 147 right now with a fresh load of coals and a couple of slabs of spare to keep it company!
