Roll sausage in to a log and smoke it. Simple but very tasty.

That would be a simple one. I'm thinking maybe a pizza fatty...
Ground pork seasoned with Italian seasonings then stuffed with...
Pepperoni
Onions
Mushrooms
String Cheese Sticks (Mozzarella) left whole
Maybe some pizza sauce, but I don't think it will need it.

Could try:
Italian Sausage
Stuffed with, oinions, pepperoni, fresh mozzarella, or shredded mozz, green peppers, black olives.Then wrapped in a double layer of prosciutto ham made into a weave. Not sure ho to weave the ham but it should be doable.
Or in layers
bacon weave
sausage
prosuitto
onions, pepperoni, cheese, olives.........etc.
Let us know how your turns out.

I do have some prosciutto in the fridge now. That sounds like a good idea, thanks Bluesman!
It doesn't get much simpler than unwrap, cook, eat and then wish you had made more!
But, if you really have to complicate thing, try the world famous Fatty Ronello!
