Cool Injections brews booze?

I was pondering this, has anyone tried injecting their meat with their favorite beverage?

Maybe some bourbon brisket perhaps?

or Sam Adams Pulled pork?

Haven't injected with it but I was cooking ribs and forgot my apple juice. All I could find was a bottle of Margarita mix. Used it when I foiled with some extra honey and brown sugar to help ease the sour taste of the lime. It wasn't the worst ribs I ever cooked, but I definitely had my AJ next time.

Beer maybe (haven't tried that), the hard stuff would probably dry it out. Using the hard stuff in a mop, or spray has worked for me though (cut with something else like apple juice)
