Before Hand I cooked a couple of Smoked Sausages from the local Butcher shop....
![]() Didn't last to long w/ some Extra Sharp Cracker Barrel Cheese w/BBQ Sauce ![]() Marinated night before w/ a rub & some Ole Roy's Blackberry Wine BBQ Sauce ![]() Next Day Got the Creamy Parm Risotto Going, and Tenderloin sitting out ready to go on grill ![]() Getting ready to go on grill-temp on BGE is steady at 450 ![]() Cooked for 10 Minutes at 450 on one side then flipped and closed vents(cooked on cast iron grate) ![]() after another 6 minutes w/ vents closed tenderloin is done took it off at 150 internal temp wrapped in foil, warm towes and put in igloo! Waiting on Risotto ![]() Risotto is done! ![]() Now time to cut Tenderloin and chow! ![]() ![]() Time to eat, familiy loved it, 1st time using Ole Roy's Blackberry Wine BBQ Sauce & it was delicious! ![]() |
