Tough call fer sure. They all look good. I think, especially for the cover, the shot should scream BBQ or, at least, outdoor cooking. Pork sandwich works.....or is it the bacon wrapped peppers? Soup stews & chili is one of my favorites also. It hurts to think this early in the morning.

I had a helluva time picking one. In the end I tried to pick the best looking photo that would tie-in with the calendar title of BBQ Brethren Throwdown Calendar. Even then, it was just about a toss-up between 3 dishes. My final decision was made by thinking "what is BBQ", and then the answer became a little more clear, but only by a little.

I went with River City but they were all very strong contenders to be sure.

for me it was between Goose's Ribs and the River city's Sammie... the sammie won by a slim margin... but then after voting I see, by the results, that I'm not alone.

That was tough, but, I agree the photo had to scream BBQ. I still think BrisketBob's photo is one of, if not the best, chili photo I have ever seen.

Tough choice!!!! Any of those would represent us very well. I voted and am not surprised at all. Maybe one of the best bbq pictures I have ever seen.

This is just the way I saw it. Both these represent who we are best and I think the Sammie just edges out the ribs. The other one that I thought would look good on a cover is the BBQ Brethren Cake, but would have a lot of people scratching their heads, then again what better advertisement of the diverse abilities of the members here.

They's all good. Hard choice. I had to agree with the majority. The sammie says it all.
