Default Been awhile...

The weather finally turned okay so decided to cook some picnics, Still not super warm so we used the bradley smoker with cherry pucks. Pull pig with north and south Carolina sauce, I like the red way better. This sandwich is now tied with burgers as my favorite. When I say that it means I REALLY Really really like these sandwiches. Thanks brethren for all the tutoring and great advice and tips this past year! I look forward to many more moons of great camaraderie! All the Best in the New Year .
