newbie smoker...and i guess griller too

I'm from Conyers, Ga. and im a grilling/smoking newb. I just bought my very first grill 2 weeks ago. I thought I might find smoking fun so I got the bandera. So far i have cooked steaks and brats on the grill and smoked 2 whole chickens. I plan on smoking some ribs this weekend. I was looking on the internet for some recipes, cook temps and times when i stumbled across a link to this website. I'm looking forward to getting some helpful tips and just hanging out.

Welcome to the group. Download the Bnadera 101 in the files section it will get you off to a good a start. Then come back and jump right in. WQe can be a lille crazy at times and have been known to act up a bit. Isn't that part of Q'ing ?

Get yourself to our files sections and Download Bandera 101 in the Bnandera mods section... . that'll get ya started.
