Outstanding looking comfort meal RonL.
Almost made a meat loaf yesterday but changed my mind.

I've been cooking outdoors. I just don't understand how you could think it's too cold to cook. I even rode my bike yesterday in a tee shirt and jeans. It was only 71 degrees, too. BRRR

Nice plate Ron. Mac & Cheese w/diced smoked ham is my favorite comfort food, but your meat loaf sure provides a good argument... See ya Tuesday!

Nice looking meatloaf Ron. Sometimes you have to use those cooking things inside if only to get your money out of them.

Man that looks good! Cooked indoors isn't wimping out... to me that's just smart! I have second thoughts cooking outdoors when the temp gets below 40. Seeing some of the pics of smokers burried in snow, igloo wind blocks, and other it's too darn cold pics make me realize I'm the wimp!

Famous D's have been getting my money, tomorrow mourning temp -15 F. A little cold for me and my smoker. I don't mind eating out.

I think meatloaf, corn and mashed taters with gravy is acceptable cooked inside after November.
