Default 2 hour babybacks?

opinions??? ..

With the fast eddy at 350.. think its worth trying to push out some babybacks in 2 hours, or they gonna be Chiles Wannabes?

I don't see why they won't work. I cook my ribs in 4-5 hours at 300* and I like em.

I've done many a BB at 325 for 2 hours or so - shouldn't be a problem.

As far as I know, Rendezvous grills their ribs at 300+ and ppl go gaga over them. I think he uses baby backs.

Didn’t bobby flay have a rib throwdown and got beat by an old man who cooked his ribs high and fast out of North Carolina?
Let us know how they come out.

Does a Southern Pride use convection (fans)? I'm just curious.

well i have to be at the party around 8 and they were going to go in at 6. They finished defrosting and are sitting with some rub on them now... pits heating up. I thing they are gonna be like oven ribs.. FE has a light smoke to begin with, but cooking at 350 with the wings, they wont be in there very long.
