LOL -- I haven't been as good as they seem to think.

They were pre-seasoned, but I have seasoned the big one in the oven once and cooked in it a few times. The little chef skillet has only been cooked on once this morning for breakfast -- fried eggs which didn't stick.

Gonna fry some chicken up this evening in the chef skillet. I think I am gonna like the shape a lot. The straight sided ones make it difficult to flip things.

I am getting totally out of the teflon coated stuff, so we will see how these turn out.
