Default Rib Roast for Christmas mm mm good PRON

Started the roast on the smoker but I couldn't really get the weber up to 350 so I pulled the rib roast and switched over to the oven. All in all I think it was a great first time attempt. I may do the next one completely in the oven just to see how different it turns out. I used one small chunk of pecan and it was tasty.
