a home made turkey injection. I am going to smoke 8 turkey breasts for christmas gifts and want to inject. I like the cajun creole butter. I just dont want to pay for the stuff.
Anybody got a recipe they would share? Thanks, Mike

Scotties is very good. I tweeked it a little(more hot sauce).
I will use it again Christmas day on a spatchcocked turkey! Merry Christmas!

I also think it's a good idea to rub under the skin with some seasonings.
I usually make a paste out of oil & cayenne/creole seasonings and then work it under the skin with my fingers. Yum!
