Buckboard question
Would a hormel bone-in pork shoulder that says that it has been enhanced for flavor be ok for buckboarding?
I have a shoulder and was wondering if this would be an ok use for it..Thanks! |

I get mine from a local grocery store(mom & pop) and sometimes SAMS.
