Default Simply Marvelous Chicken Thighs on the Egg



A light seasoning with the Season All and heavy on the Sweet and Spicy Rub

Egg @ 350*

Thighs on a raised grid above a drip pan on a platesetter indrect

Turned @ 30-min.

Pulled @ 1-hr.

Served with Jackies Smashed Potatoes, I must say it was a terrific dinner
