Default Smoked Brisket Chile Burritos

Smoked a Trader Joes brisket flat someone gave us and decided the best use for it would be for Burritos. After I smoked it, then shredded it up, we put it in a pot in the oven with some broth, chiles, onions, and bay leaf for another hour.

Here's the burrito ready to be assembled:

And here it is all ready to eat, topped with chile sauce and garnish:

They were GREAT! And yes, in case anyone is wondering, I eat a LOT of Mexican food!

Do I detect a note of sarcasm? I can always stop posting my Mexican dishes if you like...
