Ham Salad
Same table for me and the Lady of the house last night but two completely different meals. By the time I finished this little ham salad and made a loaf of fresh bread and she got a look at it all of it (and a taste), she wasn’t into leftover turkey thighs. Anyways, I was happy with the turkey and hot sauce supper and knew I’d be chowing down on one them sammiches on a bagle from Einstiens we picked up in Marietta earlier in the day yesterday for todays lunch (HMMM). Both winners, which one you think won?

Looks great!
When I was a kid, we'd have ham for Sunday Dinner, Ham Sammies for lunch, and then it would disappear for a couple of weeks... Ended up that Dad had sliced it up and put it (bone and all) in the freezer... Next thing you know it was scalloped potatoes & ham and then eventually Split pea soup... In the end there wasn't enough left on the bone to give it to the dog with out him giving you a dirty look... Thanks for the memories!!!!
