Skipped breakfast and lunch today. Got kinda hungry and thought, WWJD - What Would Jeanie Do?

She'd use that butcher gift certificate (my in-laws know what I like) on something she didn't have at the house and put something on the cooker while doing paperwork.

So here goes, it's either a big, bone-in ribeye or little rib roast (2lbs). Rubbed with Bovine Bold Butt Glitter (Just a mixture of the 2). Did it indirect on the performer with some Dogwood until it hit 120 then went direct to 135. While indirect it was over some homebrewed Porter. Rested for 30 minutes.

Did the cornbread with bacon, onion, and green pepper in it. Put some Bovine Bold in as well and sharp cheddar and colby jack on top.

Bottom line, it was a bit more done than I'd have liked in the center, but the Cap was perfect. I can't wait to hit the leftovers. It was EXCELLENT, if I do say so myself.
