Talking Turkey & Dumplins



Turkey & Dumplins, made from scratch. The turkey is pulled from yesterday's hot smoked turkey on the BGE. The stock was made yesterday afternoon from the carcass leftovers. I made the dumplins from scratch tonight.

Not too bad. The turkey stock was too sweet for my taste, but nothing some salt & pepper didn't take care of.
