Can the Atwood gas water heaters be mounted under a cabinet or do they need to be vented outside? I need a hot water source for my trailer and I thought a tankless unit would be the way to go. After doing a search on here for water tank heaters I am more confused than ever. I would like to stay in a $200-$300 budget.

Would have to be vented outside, I believe they run around $350+ depending on how many gallons. Electonic ignition would run a little more.

Have you done your plan review yet?
Thats going to determine the size and capacity tank you'll need. After going with much smaller sinks than i wanted, i used 2 4 gallon electric units.
