Default First time smokin'

Hey y'all, I fab'd up a UDS this weekend and made my first fatty! Tasted great!

Jimmy Dean sage sausage filled with chippolte cheddar, orange and white vermont xtra sharp cheddar with a bacon weave!

I y'all have advise please by all means enlighten me, I have tons of learning to do!
