Default Baked some more Breads yesterday

Almost no knead bread that I baked at 450* dome on the La Cloche for 30-min. then off for 15-min.

Pulled after 45-min.

I love this recipe
Recipe:http://www.cooksillustrated.com/reci...sp?docid=11829
Then since I had the Egg going I made some Cranberry Orange Bread

All the fix ins in the loaf pan

In the Egg at 350* for 1-hr.

After 1-hr. on the cooling rack for 10-min.

This was really good I think I well make some for the Holidays

Ross that looks very good. I have been doing no-knead for a few years and just love it. I thank you for the all most no-knead bread recipe and will try that soon
