Default Saturday cook: Dino bones, Turkey leg and Ribs (Pron, of course)

My buddy FARKLF did some cooking this afternoon on his UDS and asked me to take pics and share them with the Brethren, so here they are:

First, here is his UDS:

Yes, that is paper he is using as a airflow device!:

Here is a peek into the drum:

Here are the first few pieces that came out:

Here he is preparing to cut the ribs:

Here is the Turkey leg still on the UDS:

A close up of the ribs:

and finally, the final product:

I went home with a care package and I can attest that it was good!

that, is how the ugly drum should be. UGLY! I love the paper airflow device. Someday, someone will be searching the site for "paper airflow mod UDS".
Awesome food!!!

Thanks Chris! You made the drum look better than I have ever seen it. It sure does smell good when it cooks. One day, I'll make a newer one that's better looking. I love my drum. I'll start a business and call it Drummer Boy's Que.!!!

Yes, the one on the table is empty. The one in his hand, at the time, still had some in it.
