Applewood Boston Butt
Threw a Butt on last night at 8:00, didn't get to 200 until 2:00 this afternoon, but it was worth the wait!
Just put on my Primo.  Ready to Foil and Rest.  Pulled and Ready to Enjoy!!

Looks great how big a butt was it? You put it on 8pm and was at 200 at 2pm that's a long time.
