Hi all:
I am thinking about buying a Traeger Texas smoker, does any one on this forum have any experience with them and how do they compare with the Weber Smokey Mtn. smoker. I have used a Meco smoker and liked it but my every day grill is a standard 22.5" weber. When I want to slow cook/smoke with it I usually get good results but I want to get back to smoking again. Does the Traeger give the meat a strong smoke flavor like the Weber and Meco or is it a more subtle one...? Thanks to all for your input.. Phil |
