Im going to try some BB's on the UDS this saturday if it is good weather. Im practicing for a comp in the summer/spring so gonna need some tips. I was able to get a bag of Rancher charcoal from someone. 100% all natural briquettes. Here is my thinkin.
Rub the ribs with some EVOO Add my rub to the ribs Pack ribs with brown sugar till it melts then re rub Slow cook with cherry chips for 3 hours till done. Glaze with my famous glaze I dont want fall of the bone ribs yet. i want to try a couple of ways to see what i like best. Im thinkin to cut the ribs in half and stack the ribs on top of each other to kinda self baste and what not. How does that sound guys? thanx for the help. Some of you all ready know what im doing from me posting in that other forum.
